If less than 7 people sign up for a raid, then the raid does not happen.
Slots in the raid are filled based on who signed up, then by raid composition (Assuming more than 10 people sign up). If we need to fill during a raid we will fill first by other people who signed up, then by who showed up on time, then anyone else. If you sign up and are not on time your slot will be filled if someone else is available.
Loot is distributed need before green, main spec before off spec, and if you win a “Contested” roll on ANY character you cannot roll in another contested roll unless everyone who can roll on that item has also won a contested roll. Your “primary” spec is whatever you came into the raid as, even if you switched later.
As for the Diablo 3 “problem”. I’m very sorry there are two people in the guild who do not have the game. Nobody else is going to stop playing Diablo because you do not have the game, especially for a raid that only had one tentative sign up. Continued whining about this will result in expulsion from the guild. I am tired of hearing it.
So don’t be surprised if this doesn’t work, or amazingly breaks things!
That was funny, wasn’t it?
I was planning on making a long winded post about ideals and philosophy here, but to be honest the entire subject has me so sick I’m not going to bother.
There will never be a time in this guild when we stop running a particular piece of content. If someone needs a title, a mount, an item, or anything else from any raid we will go do that raid, because this guild is not here to cater to the equipment needs of a few people to the detriment of everyone else in the guild. Because we have been having an ongoing problem with this raiding Firelands so people can get the legendary staff is now mandatory before we raid Dragon Soul each week.
One person in the guild has already expressed their displeasure with this decision and has left the guild. Anyone else who feels the same way is welcome to do the same. There is no place in Celestial Wrath for a “me first” attitude.

Sign up under your main. I will be using this information to figure out who needs to be on what raid team to avoid the situation we had tonight. However, by trying to establish a second raid group it’s going to be significantly more important that people actually show up on raid night, as the persons who are currently acting as secondaries are going to be locked differently.
Recently it has come to my attention that butt-washing is extremely popular with the ladies in the guild, so in order to assist all our male guild members I decided to post this guide. First, and this is important, you need to be in the shower. While it is possible to wash your butt other places, it can lead to complications such as freezing, falls, and arrests for indecent exposure. So before you attempt to wash your butt walk into the bathroom, remove your clothes, and set the shower to a temperature you find comfortable. Once the shower is set to the correct temperature, step into the shower and close the shower curtain or door. This is important to prevent water from spilling out all over the floor. Once you are in the shower, find the soap. It’s going to either be a bottle labeled “Body Wash” or a bar that doesn’t taste good. Just keep munching on square objects about the size of 3 cassette tapes stacked together until you find one that tastes like profanity. Once you have found the soap, turn around so the water is hitting your butt, and apply soap to the entire butt area. Try not to get it in your eyes. Once the butt has been completely soaped, put the soap back down where you found it and use the water to remove all of the soap from your butt and surrounding areas. Turn off the shower, open the shower curtain or door, and find a towel. You forgot to get a towel didn’t you? Well then run your naked self across the house and go get one. Dry off, and apply clean clothing. Now the ladies of Celestial Wrath will be all over you! Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

So I’ve been playing my priest a bit lately and I’ve noticed there are a few behaviors that groups generally share. In the interests of cutting down on the number of avoidable wipes I’m going to outline a few behaviors and why you shouldn’t do them.
As a few of you know, I maintain a second account for the express purpose (right now) of bank alts.
Exchequere: Send things for current orders (Fish, ore, etc) and patterns to this character. Nothing else.
Financiere: This character holds tradeskill overflow. Cloth, meat, etc.
Quaestor: This character holds all other overflow.
